Rebecca Johns is a Nutrition and Wellness Professional who has helped countless women create healthier bodies, calmer families and saner lives.
And in a world where suburban women are frequently overwhelmed, overcommitted, and most likely understaffed, the call for this work is immense. Motherhood is one of the most important jobs anyone can have. But losing yourself in motherhood is bad, bad, bad!
Rebecca has developed a program called The Suburban Wellness Protocol, which gives women a way to reclaim their pre-family body while shifting the whole family toward a healthier nutrition and food lifestyle. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories.
Founder of Rebecca Whole Health, Inc., Rebecca is active in the world of nutrition and wellness, teaches cooking classes to elementary children, runs the successful Wellness Round Table at the Women's Club of Glen Ridge NJ, facilitates group programs and works individually with women who want more from their life. She is also the mom of 4 growing kids.
"My passion is cutting through the confusion around what it takes to be healthy and giving other moms the tools they need to improve their health and the health of the whole family."
Currently in development is the membership-based organization, Whole Health Connect, which aims to support women around cooking, managing the family, and creating bigger and better health for themselves and their families.
