Have you been eating poorly, getting too little sleep, too little exercise and too little down-time? Are you running around like a chicken, holding onto extra weight, struggling with fatigue, irritability & digestive issues, only to collapse in a heap at the end of another overwhelming day?
You are not alone.
Most suburban women are so physically, emotionally and spiritually challenged these days that something's just gotta give!

The reality is that we have worked ourselves into a corner. We have uber-smart & incredibly active kids who require massive amounts of our time and energy. We work both inside and outside of the home. And... we still do all the stuff our mothers and grandmothers did. We make the meals, organize the family and dole out the love and support just like moms have been doing for centuries.
But we do it without support. In fact, everytime we want support, we have to pay someone.
We burn the candle on both ends. We don't have our mothers and grandmothers to pick up the slack like they did in the old days. And we put ourselves LAST.
Is this really how you thought your life would turn out?
Is this the example you want to set for your kids?
I want to pull back the curtain on Rebecca-land for a moment. Almost 2 years ago I was just like the woman I described above. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Overweight. Addicted to carbs. I was so out of whack that when I went to donate blood, they sent me away. When I visited my doctor, she told me I had multiple imbalances. Thyroid, anemia, vitamin & mineral deficiencies, candida, high blood glucose, among other things. And I am a health coach!! I thought I was taking care of myself.
Fast forward to today. Because of all the work I do as a health coach, I was familiar with the path I needed to take to get myself well again. And from day ONE, I worked diligently to bring greater health into my body.
I did it. I feel great. I lost 35 pounds. I no longer struggle with food. I get enough sleep every night. I no longer feel like I am going to fall asleep after every meal. And I have a ton of energy to take care of my family and do my work in the world.
Do you want to know how I did it?
The Suburban Wellness Protocol Program. Well, it wasn't called that when I did it, but it worked so well for me that I put it together so that I can share it with you. I need to share it with you. You see, none of us are getting any healthier by sticking with the current suburban lifestyle that we have created. In fact, we are getting sicker. So, I need to share it with you so you can clean up your awesome self and get out there in the world and do what you came to do!

-
See how calming it is to carve out time to take care of yourself and your family.
-

There is a hitch. ** The program is set to begin on October 3rd so you need to act fast.** Go check out my site, read through some of the testimonials, try it on & see how it fits. If any of this resonates with you, please consider taking this important step toward a healthier life.
Nearly 50 people have graduated through this program in the past year. Here are some of the raves:
"Life is too short to be overweight, tired or sick when your tools are within our reach. No more excuses."

"Your program helped me lose the baby weight I gained with my 3rd child. I have been trying to lose that weight for 1 1/2 years and am now at my ideal weight. Nothing was working until I did the cleanse. My family and I are all eating healthier and I have so many amazing recipes that I have been using -- the whole family is benefitting from that! My husband lost a bunch of weight and is making better choices while traveling. I feel great!!!"

"I've lost almost 20 (twenty) pounds and am starting to invest in some fun, cute, definitely post-baby style. I have felt interested in other kinds of fitness activities & classes, to both tone some newfound muscles & keep my brain engaged. I've felt more energetic when playing with my kids. My husband seems to appreciate my rediscovered shape & energy. I have always been pretty positive in general, but not so much about my own, private path in life. I feel somehow younger, more optimistic about the coming years of my life and what I could accomplish if I put my mind to it."
<><><>
"I have more energy, have lessened my reliance on coffee and can make smarter decisions on food. The biggest benefit however is that I am eating. This is not a starvation diet, a quick fix or a fad. The "day off" prevents feelings of guilt and really helps you balance your week around social commitments or when the kids want to go our for ice cream and by example I am showing my kids that you can eat and still be healthy."

"I think your approach to the whole program is wonderful! Nothing radical, just good whole, healthy foods and common sense. THANK YOU!!!"
So while I cannot give you the support that your mother, aunts and grandmother could provide if they lived closer, I CAN provide support to help you get your pre-family body and mind-set back. And please don't get me wrong. There is no job more important than being a mother. It is when you get lost in all that mothering that things really start to fall apart.
I hope to hear from you. Reach out to me with any questions you have.
Be well.
